Giro Certo — Digital Literacy Portal
Project developed at FAPCOM proposing the creation of Giro Certo, a digital literacy portal aimed at young people under socio-educational measures at Fundação CASA — a population aged 12 to 21 with restricted and monitored internet access and diverse educational backgrounds.
The proposal was grounded in a diagnosis of the institutional context and the digital access gaps faced by this group, structuring a portal with accessible language and content organized around four thematic areas: the world of work, studying, balancing both, and youth agency.
Challenges
Designing a functional digital communication solution within an environment of severe technological restrictions, without losing relevance for an audience rarely reached by digital inclusion initiatives — and doing so in a language that felt close, respectful, and motivating.
Results
A complete portal concept including content architecture, audience definition, pedagogical objectives, and expected outcomes: improved digital skills, increased school retention, preparation for the job market, and the strengthening of self-esteem and agency among the young people served.
